Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been processed and shipped out from my studio in Minneapolis, MN.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Eligible items will ship for free when spending over $50 total.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from me which will include a tracking number you can use to check your order's shipping status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Orders are typically delivered within 5 days of receiving tracking information. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email with tracking info, please contact me (Sarah) at sarahberryglass@gmail.com with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you!
Happy Stash Box Pickup
Local pick up is available in NORTHEAST MINNEAPOLIS on all orders, everyday of the week. Remove any shipping costs plus receive a free glass straw with your order! Select "Pick up" as your delivery option on the check out page. You will receive a follow up email with instructions on coordinating local pick up. If you haven't received instructions for picking up your order within 5 days of order confirmation, please email Sarah at sarahberryglass@gmail.com
