Featuring 25+ incredible vendors joining us over the 4 weeks at Misfit Coffee Shop to share space and offer their goods. Tons of local art for gifting from glass artists, ceramicists, clothing makers, fiber artists, printmakers, jewelers, painters, illustrators, self-care products, nail art, and a few tarot + celestial guides. There will be vintage vendors and extra pastries from RMY available each Saturday (find RMY Patisserie in person on 12.14). We can’t wait to spend some quality time with you all to end 2024!

Saturday, November 30th (11.30)

Small Business Saturday! First market date!! Let's goooo!!! You can't miss this opportunity to be a part of the first ever Very Merry Misfit Market and Small Business Saturday. This crew right here is looking for you to show up big time in support of small businesses today! We're bringing all the best goods like fun glass art, prints on things, photographs, toys, fiber arts, handmade journals, charming clothing, and get this - in addition to so much original artwork for you today - we also have Astro Angel on the line doing pull-a-card tarot readings! Come support the coffee shop that hustles hardest (& roasts the best beans), plus join us in welcoming these incredibly talented local artists and vintage vendors in the first market of our series:

• @sarahberryglass - Fun glass art made in NE Minneapolis by Sarah Horning! High quality glass goods for your home, fruit/veggie glass jewelry, colorful suncatchers, & cute smoking accessories
• @fuzzyrockscreative - Original block prints on posters, greeting cards, totes, shirts, & more. Ciara Metzger creates artwork using traditional relief printmaking with designs mostly inspired by food, as it’s one of her favorite ways to connect with others
• @teekaehandmade - Everyone needs a butter ornament! And local artist Tess Borgerding makes the best ones from scratch, along with other knit, dyed, felted & handmade goods. Her crafty lighter covers are all the rage too 
• @funzach - FUN IS FOREVER :) Come check out Fun Zach's original 35mm film photography prints, vintage clothes, rare toys & oddities
• @lilastroangel - Connect with Nautica Flowers (aka Astro Angel) for a moment with their pull-a-card tarot readings & stick around to shop their handmade wellness products + crochet goodies! 
• @ahnikaberg - Prints & one-of-a-kind handmade journals by local image creator & bookmaker Ahnika Berg. You may catch Ahnika brewing delicious drinks at Misfit every now & then too
• @who_called_4_u - Who Called? vintage is a collection of delightfully colorful & patterned clothing from operator Emma Welter. Her vintage wares are exceptionally charming & serve as a meaningful way for Emma to communicate with callers willing to wait on the line as they are connected with their new favorite vintage piece

How are we one whole week into December already? Let's have a community pick me up! Come by Misfit to start your day right with a coffee or tea and some shopping therapy with this delightful market line up! There's so much to pick up today: from locally made soy candles and vegan soap, to racks of vintage clothing and jeans, along with functional scientific glass goods, prints & merch with awesome illustrations on it, and bold jewelry that makes a statement. We can check all of this out together at our second gathering in a Very Merry Misfit Market Series! • @_hardcora - Cora Kay is joining us with her collection of over 40 pairs of jeans for sale (and maybe a few tops)! She's also a local painter so be sure to ask to see some over her other work too

Saturday, December 14th (12.14)

This Saturday is for the dreamers, creators, & extra-ordinary folks (or those of us who just need a little extra magic right now)! Misfit is filled with out of this world good vibes today as we welcome a whole new group of artists and vendors for the third market in our series. We're going to be in the presence of ufos on mugs, magical mobiles, playful jewelry, time capsule clothing, and so many colorful critters on goods you won't believe your eyes! Pastries so flaky & fabulous you'll flip out! Clothing locally made with dreamy fabrics that will certainly blow your mind. And the stars are aligning today as you'll have an opportunity to step inside the Venus Theta celestial tent for a bit of astrology guidance on your current journey. We're starry eyed just thinking about all these rad people together in one space today:

• @greatnorthernvintage - Vintage clothing, bags, & boots collected by Max
• @alisonwendy1 - Magical metal artwork you can wear or display in your home made locally by Alison Wendy
• @venustheta - An immersive astrology mini-session with Melissa Ruebl in her celestial tent 
• @mary_weirdly - Mary Burwinkel ceramic pieces are exquisitely handmade, highly functional, out of this world decorative, & sometimes yellow
• @feverish.garments - Small batch clothing in sizes XS-6X catering to the weirdos. Be sure to check out her chain hair accessories too! Feverish Garments designer Dawn is also the creator behind @fat.flea.mn
• @curlworks_ - Olly (& Keaton) are wildly talented at creating critter crafts & playful product designs for all

This is not a drill 🚨 THERE WILL BE SO MANY GOOD GIFTS AVAILABLE TODAY! We've loaded up all the goodness we could for ya today at our final Misfit Market in this year's series. Starting out hot with zero-waste gift wrapping for one day only from your eco friendly pals Emma & Sarah :) Bring the gifts you already got and the ones you pick out at the market today - these two are prepared to wrap it up! The gift possibility are truly endless today, so buckles up! We've got bright prints & stickers, joyfully weird glass goods, lil sculptures, lil monsters, nail art from Payton (stick around to a get a few nails decorated or grab some press-on kits to go), sustainable items from recycled plastic home goods, to vintage finds from Brit, & so much more!
